This project was made for MAT10. It explores humanity growing apart through light and nature as a status in 2046.
ABSTRACT
This project is a presentation created to present 3 separate but related AI-generated, iterated and designed products “of the 2046 future”, inspired by nature, human past culture, and algorithmically generated geometry, demonstrating knowledge and understanding of the “proper” design process and proper execution of it.
It is centered around an iterative, modular design process using supercraft.ai to generate images inspired by nature, past human culture, and gestaltung images, then using human taste to decide if these items would be representative of a possible future 20 years from now.
The images were made over 6 weeks of thrice-a-week generations on supercraft.ai with variable tastes and concepts of the future from lecture over time, and the presentation was made on Canva.
The purpose of this presentation was to display my understanding and execution of the “proper” design process for the MAT minor in MAT10 class.
